Starting January 2010, River City Real Estate will begin an extensive renovation all of its Fan and Museum District properties. This renovation will include new roofs, new Heating and Air Conditioning units, replacement of windows, balconies, gutters and brickwork where needed. Inside the apartment the kitchen appliances, countertops and cabinetry will all be replaced, the bathrooms will have new toilets, sinks and medicine cabinets installed and the original bathtubs will be re-glazed. All of the hardwood floors will be refinished with a revolutionary "dust free" technology. It should cause little to no interference with the comforts and conveniences of your home, only make it more comfortable and beautiful. An overhaul of the common areas will also be done to include paint and replacement of flooring where necessary. Our goal in this project is to provide a better living environment for our residents for the same low prices they have always enjoyed.
